We use 3D laser scanning to capture the shape, spatial position, and orientation of the actual object. We process point clouds using specialized software and convert them into 3D models, which we supplement with attribute data (tabular, textual, or graphical) according to the client’s wishes.

For BIM modeling, we use commercial tools such as Autodesk Revit, Bentley MicroStation, and combinations thereof. In collaboration with designers, we are increasingly incorporating the BIM approach into the modeling of existing facilities and energy infrastructure. We prepare architectural models to the BIM-ready stage, which allows for further use in design and throughout the entire life cycle of the building.
